How to Transfer Files using WINSCP?

With the below given steps, you can easily transfer files using WINSCP.

1. Log into Remote Server 

  • Launch the WinSCP Software.
  • Type the credentials of your remote computer such as hostname, username, and password. Hit the Login button at the end.
  • Hit the Yes button to jump to the next step.
You'll be connected to the desired server in a couple of seconds.

2. Drag & Drop To Transfer Files

  • You can easily drop and drop to transfer files between your local computer and server.

3. Define the Path/Location

  • A new pop-up window will appear asking you for confirmation to transfer your desired file to the location. Click over OK to transfer files.
